The Love Justly return policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your product delivery date, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. To complete your return, please email Love Justly at email@example.com, with RETURN in the subject line explaining what you would like to return, and the reason for your return.
Free Return Shipping
To make sure you are satisfied, the return shipping is on us for U.S. orders! After approving the return request, Love Justly will email you a free standard shipping label. Just print the label and use it to mail the item back. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email within 3-5 days to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Shipping costs from the initial shipment will not be refunded. If the return is rejected, you can have the item shipped back at a $6 shipping cost.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund and Love Justly has approved the refund contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
